Go in the settings, that would be called your signature.

It depends on the email program that you are using. Some programs will let you, and I have seen others, where you have to just write it in, at the end of your email. Just some friendly advice, don't do it, to many strangers could see your email, and would be able to contact you and spam you. Just not a good idea to put your name, address, and phone number on your emails..good luck..

Well, whatever email you have (yahoo, etc) there should be somewhere a place where you can put in a signature. That will then show up at the end every time you type an email.

In mail you always see "Add my signature" checkbox or button that the way. The signature could be anything name, add, phno etc. So add ur name, Address and phone number in Signature option. And while sending mail check this option box.
Signature edit option founds in mail options.
Ex: In yahoo mail in Mail Options>>go to Compose>> here is signature option

You didn't bother mentioning what email client you are using, but in any event, that is called a signature. Find something in the tool bars about signatures and you'll be in the right place

I'm not sure why you would want to, but
if you go to mail options you will find a
signature box you can fill out.
Most come come with a smaller check box.
This way you can easily dis-able the
signature at will.

create a signiture. it will append at the bottom of each mail.
