Putting on the Condom
1. Check the expiry date on the condoms foil (each condom will have a printed expiry and batch number). Do not use out of date condoms. Condoms are for single use only.

2. Carefully tear open the foil along one side, being careful not to damage the condom with teeth, finger nails or jewellery.

3. Squeeze the tip of the condom to expel air (trapped air can create a tight seal and make the condom susceptible to breakage). Condoms unroll only one way, so be sure to have it rolling the right way before fitting. Do not fully unroll the condom as it will be difficult to fit on the penis.

4. The condom must be fitted before any sexual contact occurs, to offer you protection from semen and bodily fluids that may also carry sexually transmitted diseases

I agree with theverve, but also DO NOT use anything but water-based lubricant with the condom. Vaseline, for example, physically breaks down the condom immediately. Do not use two condoms at once as this causes friction and thus breaking. Try to use reputable brands such as Trojan, LifeStyles, Durex, Kimono, and Beyond Seven. Each time you have sex use a new condom. Try to keep the condoms somewhere moderately cool, as heat breaks down latex. Spermicide also works, but I don't recommend it because it is detergent and that is not healthy to put against your skin.

check the box, they usually come with pictures. key points:

1.make sure you put it on before you come into contact with the woman's genitalia.
2.make sure you sqeeze the tip of the condom before and when you unroll it so that the air isn't in there. if you don't do this, the condom may break.
3.after you've ejaculated, get out of there! hanging around make cause it to come off, and then, why'd you put it on in the first place? :)

buy one with spermicide, if they're available and you're ok with that.
