when Im broadcasting the image will freeze and i have to close and start again

This is the problem of RAM. Either your RAM is too low or old. You can increase the RAM or try to close all other programs when using the webcam. There may also be some viruses in your computer which probably is slowing down the performance of your machine. This clearly reflects when you use webcam.

Could be the codecs installed on your machine. Or simply there may be some other hardware using the codecs simultaneously.

If your computer is not working properly while you are working on it, it could be a problem with device drivers, hardware or software.

Up date the driver, you're using the wrong driver for it.
