Nixon was not impeached. Nixon resigned before he could be impeached.
The only U.S. Presidents to be impeached were Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton. Neither was convicted.

Only two presidents have been impeached. Andrew Johnson (17th pres) and Bill Clinton(42nd). Richard Nixon wasn't impeached. He resigned.
