easy way is to open in microsoft paint, then "save file as" and change the file type to bitmap and keep the files name the same.

Open in pbrush (Start/Run pbrush), File/Open to open the jpeg, and Then File/Save AS and for "save as type" choose .bmp.

Windows:Open your jpeg in paint and choose file->save as.
Mac/Linux I'm not sure what to do but should be similar.

its very easy ...
open the image with paint ...
click file
click "save as" in file ...
click the file format frm that
select bmp
and save

If you have MSoffice, use Photoeditor.
If not, use Paint. It'll import most things and you can save them as bmp.

Open "MSPaint" "open" jpg image in it then "Save As" it 24Bit BMP image.
