It depends on your plan, look at the documentation. If there's not charge to initiate the conference calling feature (on a per call basis), it would just be the number of minutes utilized in the call. Remember, it would be the minutes of the call times the number of lines that were open, so a 3 minute call amongst 4 people would take 9 minutes of time (you being one of the callers, no time charge for talking to yourself).
