Okay, so me and my best friend are pretending to be someones friend. But when the girl turns around we talk crap about her. BUT SHE DEERVES IT!! She stole from me, and lied to my best friend.
Do you think what we are doing is wrong?

Yes sweetie, this is not only wrong, but pointless as well.
It's better to just be up-front, because dishonesty has a way of biting us on the butt sooner or later.
First, you're pretending to be her friend, she has no clue that you talk about her, so you and your friend are are doing nothing but getting caught up in your own little pettiness, and it's not affecting Liar Girl at all.
Second, it's just a matter of time until she gets wind that you and your friend are mocking her, and she may confront you. Then the whole thing will blow up on you and it will pretty much be your bad.
It sounds like you two have been doing this for awhile, so it's probably too late to just confront her, and she'd most likely lie anyway.
Stop mocking her. Be civil to her when you have to, because it's just easier, but don't be like great friends because now you know what kind of person she is.
I do so hope you're like pre to early teen, because you sound like my daughter in middle school. If you're older than that, you've got issues big time.

I don't think you are "wrong" but I would like to point out that maybe you deserve to be stolen from or lied to if you are the sort of person who pretends to be someones friend.

Yes, it's wrong. If you don't like her then stop pretending you do.
It's funny. I'll see questions saying how much better the world would probably be if women ran it because they are so kind and loving and sensitive. I'll respond that women are manipulative and deceptive as well, and get a lot of thumbs down. Then I see questions like these that constantly prove me right.

why are you pretending to be friends with her anyway??? if your doing it cuz you feel sorry for her then dont. If she stole from you and the lied to your bestfriend you shouldnt be friends with her in the first place. dump her! dont be mean but just dont be friends with her. good luck!

two wrongs don't make a right, and no matter what revenge is not good in the end. if i were you I'd just leave her alone and let her soak in her misery for having to stoop so low as to steal and lie. so just avoid her doing this yeah make make you feel better but does it solve anything?

The best way to deal with things is up front and honestly. All you are doing is creating more animosity.

When you do that your getting down to her level and acting just like she did. and that means you are just like her and if you act like her and talk about her that means your acting like someone you dont like and also talkin about yourselves when ever you talk about her. and besides talkin behind her back just makes you look like a chicken either tell her to her face or dont say anything at all!!!!
