It was about three kids, I think they were puppets. 2 boys and a girl, I think, and I think it was on pbs kids. I thhink the girl was named telly, its not sesame st. i think it was something with a T like something with toys or tots or something? used to love it!

The only show I know of, Tele-Tubbies...
I thought maybe you were talking about LambChop's Play Along.
The was also a show, Puzzle Place, that featured puppets.
