I'm afraid that people have been cleaning up George's messes for so long now, he's forgotten how to do it for himself. I think you'll just have to resign yourself to the fact that he's never going to take any personal responsibilty for the messes he makes...he's just gonna keep on making them, and either blame someone else or ask someone else to clean it all up for him. Sorry, but them's the breaks.
