1. Gaara because he's freakin cool. He is a strong shinobi and becomes Kazekage. Plus he's not so bad once he regains control of his sanity, but even before he had no sanity, he was still awesome.
2. Itachi because he too is a powerful Shinobi and he was a true prodigy, unlike Sasuke who got the title for being the only Uchiha left in Konoha. Too bad he lost it and killed his family though....
3. The Fourth Hokage. Even though not much is known about him, it's not hard to tell he was an amazing shinobi. The hero who sealed the Kyubi within Naruto and saved Konoha.
