Not sure about "act the micky", but if they tell you you are "taking the Micky" it means you are making fun of them ... and I promise I am not taking the Micky out of you :-)

Do you mean "take the mickey"? I'm English and i've never heard anyone say anybody "acts mickey". If i did, i would give him a slap for using such a strange phrase.
When someone "takes the mickey" it means they poke fun at somebody, usually in a sarcastic manner.

Ive never actually heard of that saying. Ive heard of taking the mickey which means slagging of some one. Ive also heard of things being a bit mickey mouse, which means its pretty rubbish, a bit simple, i.e a bought this new dvd player but it was a bit Mickey Mouse i.e a bit crap.
