I saw this movie years and years ago, and I have searched everywhere. It's about a magie paintbrush that brings the pictures to life that you paint with it. I remember it being live action and animated. Please help.

I know it's a practice in China to have a brush made from a newborn's hair to be used as a brush for calligraphy and painting later in their life. Think sumi brushes. I used hair from my cats and rats for brushes and love them. Human hair has so much variation though, so worst case scenario you have a specialty brush for a unique stroke. I believe any good painter should try making at least 3-5 of their own brushes. Blond hair tends to be thinner, so it makes softer brushes. and black hair can be great for a knife brush. Try different lengths, or cutting hair at a different angle. I'm sure you can find plenty of instructables and youtube videos about it.
