China never releases any figures on homosexuality. According to the government homosexuality does not occur in China. Conveniently this also makes it perfectly legal (not illegal) because it simply doesn't exist. China has a very very very underground gay network.

China is gay friendly. Or at least the government claims to be. They encourage gay health care. There are as may gay people in China as anywhere else.
Now for the puch line: Drink all your beer, there are sober people in China.
