Soulmates come when the time is right in your life. I met mine oddly enough through myspace in the pagan chatroom. When someone reenters your life always pay attention to it. That is another way to tell you is promising as a mate. Other than that have patience and be at peace. I have discovered through past experience that just when I decided that I was not going to pursue finding someone anymore I found the perfect guy. We live together right now and are planning a future together.

Nowhere. God will bring her to you. That's why everyone has a perfect match, but they don't try to find her/him. Just be yourself and try to get to know as many people as possible. Then maybe you'll find her.
