in the current stage in the manga, i think sasuke would win (even though he should go to hell for being a jacka**) Gaara really isn't in the manga anymore (in the later volumes like 35 or 36)

I already saw this episode....Nobody won. When they fought each other, they were interrupted by Orochimaru and his gang. Sasuke did get to damage Gaara's shoulder with his chidori. Then after Oro's attack, Sasuke chased Gaara down. When they were gonna fight again, Sasuke used his chidori and was able to rip off the whole arm...only to have it grow back. Things only worse becuz his curse seal hurt him, then Naruto came and fought Gaara instead becuz Sasuke's seal.

Well technically the fight was never finished. And in the end Naruto was the one to beat Gaara. But I would say sasuke, after he gets lessons from Orochimaru.

It could be Sasuke,, he will be powerful because of Orochimaru.. But Gaara's skill is great too.. Well, I might have to go with Sasuke..

right now, after the time skip, sasuke would win. He was trained by a sannin.
plus, the shukaku was removed from gaara, so there is no way he could win without it. and remember this: naruto didn't even need to go into one tailed form to beat him.

Gaara would have killed him but since now sasuke has a greater power now so sasuke would definitly win.
