I must say, Rivera did a good job designing the museum.
I love the place.
There are great things such as funary urns, masks and sculptures from the ancient culture of Teotihuacan and a smaller gallery next to the pyramid contains an exhibition of papier mache sculpture relating to the Days of the Dead

Fotos from my visit

Museo Diego Rivera - 'Anahuacalli' - Mexico City
Went on a 10 hour tour from Cuernavaca last Saturday with a group of Spanish students. This was our first stop, followed by the Freda Kahlo Museo and then to the Museo Dolores Olmedo. We were told there were no cameras allowed at all in the Freda Kahlo so I have none (actually you can take some of the garden and outside).

This building is made of volcanic rock and has the feeling of a cave except for the 3rd floor which was his studio and has lots of light. There is a 4th floor, the roof, with nice views of Mexico City.
