There was a TV show on Disney about ten years ago. It took place in a kid's basement. He had a robot too.?

He lived in his mom's basement and had a robot with a projector for a head and a time machine. I cannot remember the name. Any ideas? It was either late 80s/ early 90s. Thanks!
