Based on the information I have, I'm guessing if there is a scene in butterflies are free, then it must not have been a feature film or american one or the other, and as far as Casablanca, this movie had the scene in it's theatre released version.

Casablanca. It was cut out of the film but it is on the blue undergound release of the dvd as a deleted scene.
