That's just a simple JavaScript or Visual Basic Script in the page with an invalid syntax.

Next time the Error debugger popups up, just set the checkbox to not show up next time.
It should show a yellow exclamtion mark in the statusbar, double-click it to view the debugger.

Null means nullity or unavailable/undefined (doesn't exists, has no property), etc!
The Yahoo! Utility Mangement scripts are based in a separate JavaScript file instead of the current viewing page, which probably tells you that it didn't load the external script which is why it's not available.

Upgrade or fix your IE or download Firefox!

Flux.

Seems to be a Yahoo Site error. Null means Void or not available. The line two scrip is a scripting error on the page. So basically you need to go to the Help pages for Yahoo and email them about What the error says so they know to fix it.

All I can tell you as ask a computer technician that you can explain your computer too and he or she should know what to do.
