i've been on my menstual period for 10 days it started out really lite and now it is getting heavier i've never done this before usually i'm done with in 5 days any answers to what could be going on

The excerpt above is from the first source below...it is possible that you need to speak with a gynecologist about your period...it has lasted longer than an average period does.

Get thee to the Gynocologist's office as it could be any number of things. I know often they are too busy to fit anyone in on short notice, but if you ask they may be able to get you in to at least a nurse practitioner.

go to your doctor to see whats going on...you need to be checked...it could be a sign that something is wrong
