Ahhh, that's called a "change in state", or a change in your state of mind. That is such a good thing.

It's more about laughing when you were mad, and that makes you forget being mad. That is a great quality to get and hold on to as this gives you the ability to control YOURSELF. There is nothing more important in life.

The 12 step program of co-dependence teaches you that you cannot control anyone other than yourself. It tells you that GOD is the only one who can bring you back to normal or a healthy life. You must rely on yourself by changing your attitude, or "state of mind", when bad things happen to good people.

Teens learn to control themselves, and laughter is the best medicine for this lesson. Be happy as it's a lesson that lasts a lifetime.

GOD bless.

STRESS CAUSES ALL KINDS OF THINGS. IT WILL CAUSE YOU TO LOSE YOUR MIND AND LOOKS LIKE YOUR ABOUT TOO. SO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE AND MAKE IT HAPPY BECAUSE NO ONE COULD MAKE YOU ANGRY BUT YOU. YOU CONTROL YOUR OWN EMOTIONS SO MAKE THEM FOR THE BETTER.
