Rumor has it there was a cheat in the old version, which was later corrected. My understanding is that the new version does not have a cheat. In fact all the games have a feature on them where if you score "too high", meaning the computer for the site thinks your score is unrealistic given the scoring for the game, you will not be credited with the money. This has happened to a couple of people when a glitch in the system allowed them to play longer than one would normally be expected to, despite the fact they did nothing on their end to cheat (supposedly this is more likely to happen with a dial up connection?). They ended up with nothing to show for it but a really hungry pet.
