It's actually a photoshopped image. The star was photoshopped into a picture of Molokini Islet, off the coast of Maui.

If it existed, it would probably be one of the constructed islands off the coast of Dubai, but the lighting variations suggest that it is a fake made in a graphics program. The reflection off the water suggests the sun is close and almost overhead. But the light on the crescent seems too bright at the bottom and too dark on the bottom and the star should be brighter.

It's a doctored photo, sorry. The island, without the star, is Molokini a few miles from Maui.

In someones computer. Seems like the remnants of a turkish flag motto. But a nice computer imposed layout. Next you will see one with the caricature of President Bush next.
