Stupid cats in the neighbourhood come and lick my rims all day..is there anything i can spray on the rim like something poison or am I allowed to throw rocks at them? HELP!!!!

There is this organic stuff called no chew. It's nasty, when my dog was a pup I sprayed some of the junk on something while I was in the middle of cooking spaghetti for dinner. I didn't notice some ran back the sprayer onto my finger. Got some sauce on my hand licked it off my finger and almost hurled. Couldn't eat dinner that night. lol
It comes in dog and cat formulas. Try looking for it at a pet store. It really works. There are also other brand names. Ask an employee for help finding it, and tell them what you are using it on. I don't think it will hurt the rims.
