You really cannot go wrong with either guy; however, since Grimm was/is the assistant head coach under Cowher it would make sense for him to be promoted. Like everyone else on here says, the Rooneys know exactly what they are doing and by going with either one of those two, the team will not miss a beat (unless, of course, there are more off season things like there were last year). Steelers will be right back in the thick of things next season.

i agree with everyone here, i'm hoping for whisenhunt but i won't ge dissapointed if grimm gets it, the steelers are good at picking coaches, that's pretty obvious, and either way the steelers will be picking up that 6th lombardi trophy next year

Cowher He knows what he is doing . Kevin Colbert, is no
Slouch either , look at our draft since Dan Rooney fired
