Hi,
Take the Air bus East (NTD135-) to Taipei City Hall MRT stop, the switch to a cab (NTD 100/- or less) to 163 Keelung Rd Sec 1.

Once you're in Taipei, you can take the MRT blue line to the Taipei City hall station. # 163, Sec 1 is a couple of short blocks up Keelung road.
