I am tring to find some good not well known bands. Like ones that aren't on the radio much or at all, but are still very good. I like every kind of music. I really do mean every kind....oldies, 80's, rap, hiphop, some country, pop, punk, emo, metal, grunge, and I like Mostly Rock.

Journey is a very good not so famous band from the 80's and 90's. Another good one is Wolfmother. Their best song is Joker and the Thief. I hope that helps.

Reel Big Fish and Streetlight Manifesto are ska bands that are a lot like rock. If you decide you like ska, listen to Monkey Jacket, too.

I LOVE Muck Sticky. He has a myspace with some of his music on it. He's local in memphis, but i heard he's expanding to other places also. It's funny music about drugs and sex and being happy.

I also love some ICP and Twiztid, but i like their older music.
