Apple trees all start as grafts onto another tree stock. I doubt it's an apple. Could be an ash tree....

It might be an American Snowdrop (Halesia diptera) which has multiple stems so it might look like fingers coming out of the ground.
Apple trees are sometimes pruned to have a central trunk and then to open up with leader branches into a vase shape a few feet above the ground . If you have a good imagination an apple tree could like like an arm sticking out and then fingers coming out of a hand, but never straight from the ground.

I can't see the pic , if she has one up there .. so i have no clue what the name of the tree is .. but alot are saying its a apple tree. So i'll go with them lol

Aspen, Arbutus, Ash. Does it have leaves year round, how tall is it, color, what area of the world did you see it?? Lots of questions need to be answered before anyone can answer this.
