YES!!! Disney World is WONDERFUL this time of year, mostly because there are NO LINES to the rides!!! :D I've been in January, and the weather is great, not too hot, not too cool, the rides are fast and fun, and there's literally no lines for waiting. If there are lines, you're through them in about 7 minutes flat, versus a 2 hour wait during peak season!!! You'll probably get a good deal on tickets/packages since it's off season as well. I'd definitely check it out!

Punta Cana, Dominican Republic: all inclusive hotels, great prices, not a long flight, good weather and great beaches.
