I think it's a tie between Colin Mochrie and Ryan Stiles. They are both great and they do the best skits together. Without them both that show wouldn't be as funny.

Colin Mochrie for sure. Have you seen his latest show, funnier than whose line, look for a show at a venue near you. His new show, called the Colin and Brad show is just the funniest thing you have ever seen. CHeck the sites below
