Using an ideal pulley system, how much work is done by lifting a load 40m with a force of 220N?

If the load is lifted 40 m and it takes 200 N to pull it up, then the distance is 40 m up and the force is 200 N up. If both the distance travelled and force are in the same direction, you simply multiply.
W = Fd = (200N)(40m) = 8000 J
