Several warm baths up to the armpits for 20-30 minutes at a clip and up the temps by 5-10 degrees in the enclosure. If that doesn't do it then try a few drops of olive oil. If you notice any lumps by it's spine, paralysis of any limbs, or it doesn't poop in a few days then bring it to the vet as it may have to be physically removed.

Lemonpuff is right about the bath and 100% wrong about wax worms.
Wax worms are to high in fat and a beared dragons body can not take in that much it can lead to fatty liver disease. It can kill your beardie.
AND ABSOLUTELY NO ON THE PRUNE JUICE!

wax worms are a natural laxative as they are high in fat. They look like squishy little white grubs.
You could also try a warm water bath for about twenty minutes to encourage a BM.
If there is cause for alarm, like there is an impaction or there has been no BM for days, call a certified herp vet. Look in you yellow pages for one or call your vet to find one.

Warm baths and temporally increase fruit. If no bm soon then I would go to the vet.
