One degree is equal to 60 minutes. Add up the degrees, add up the minutes. Change the minutes to a mixed number by using 60 as the denominator, then add the whole number minutes to the minute total:

62 18 + 21 41 = (62 + 21) degrees and (18 + 41 minutes)

83 degrees, 59 minutes

90 degrees - 51 degrees 28 minutes

90 degrees = 89 degrees, 60 minutes

(89 - 51) degrees, (60 - 28 minutes)
38 degrees 32 minutes
