I have known somone for about 3 years now, the 1st 6 months of knowing him he was for the most part sneeky and monipulative due to extream insecurities. I never know if he has an alternative, greedy motive to his what would to the naked eye seem very normal behavior.

Alot of times a first impression is correct. Gut feeling is another thing that is highly used when people meet others. Follow your first instinct. Unless you feel like you have bad judgment. First impressions are hard to get over. I am not saying that all people who give a first impression may not be nervous and not acting like themselves, some rare cases that happens. Follow your gut instinct and intuitions. I met a person who everyone around me warned about. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and got to know her. Well, she ended up being exactly what they said she was. I lived and learned. I felt sorry for her at first for everyone saying such terrible things about her. I learned after becoming her friend, they were very correct. Follow your instinct and if more then one or two people warn you about someone chances are they are right. I learned that.

My guess is that he's figured out what you want from him, and is pretending to give it to you. A first impression is just that, and usually the person will show a better or worse side within a short period of time.

Go with your gut. It is hard to shake a first impression, but that doesn't mean that someone cannot change. Give the person a good look, and then go with your gut.

I have no idea what your question is, and if you have a bad first impression, it's probably the right one. Go with your gut feelings, they are usually the right ones.

If he gets you in his clutches he might make mincemeat out of you. Stay away from him... Lots of serial killers seem normal.....Sometimes first impressions are the truest reaction you can have about a person/
