Ummmm....I stretch about two or three times a week. If I started stretching and foing gymnastics for my main exersise I would proabably work on things such as front limbers, splits, overspits, keeping my bridges up longer, backbends, and overall stretchin along with other random gymnastic stunts...So I'm wondering do I need to make sure I do other things daily to make sure I stay in shape (At The Moment I'm on the skinny side so I don't wanna do too much exersise or not enough...lolz)

you could try yoga too~that combines stretching and aspects of gymanstics that would keep you limber and at peace. Yoga does help you slim down, (gymnastics does too) and keeps the weight off as long as you do it regularly.

Gymnastics Stunts won't give you any cardio, which is a needed portion of excersize, those are great for staying limber and feeling good though, add like fifteen minutes of cardio a day to keep you heart happy.
