what to do about people who have been calling my friends and relatives retarded and morons?

i recently changed my name legally because the nationality of one of my parents is always mean and abusive to us, they call us morons and stupid, and retarded, we are British and French and German, but the people terrorizing us are of a different nationality, i certainly would take them to court or at least have a restraining order placed on them, but an entire nationality, any help with this they are abusive sexually we live in nyc the bronx and certainly would like to move where these people aren't i know religion and nationality play a part in this, but i sure wish i were away from these people,

Do you know your God, aka your origin. I suggest you make your relationship with your origin in you a strong one, and seek your hapiness from that origin in you. I also suggest you forget about these people that hassle you, and move out of New York at least 200 miles away from it, I am a member of Al Qaeda and I can tell you that New York City is the target of a plot to bomb it with a thermonuclear device that has been smuggled into the States by associates of Al Qaeda. I am not sure when the device will be detonated , I only know it is in America and NYC is one of a number of targets they are considering, you be better off to get away from there, come to California, Hemet is very safe or anywhere near my person, Beast.

There is probably little you can do about it - this is a free speech issue. If they offer verbal threats, then you can do something about it, but if they simply call you a perjoritive term because of your race or religion, you probably are not protected. However, there is a chance that you are a 'protected class' under state hate crimes regulations - in that case, the police might be willing to do something about this. I would check with you local police, but I'm afraid they will tell you there is nothing that can be done.

File a case of oral defamation against the abusive people calling your friends and relatives as retarded and morons. Get statements of witnesses and make a formal complaint about these people so that appropriate action will be taken against them.

If there is sexual abuse going on as you state then it most certainly needs to be reported to the police department. In addition, what you are describing is covered under the Hate Crimes statutes in most states. File a police report ASAP!!!
