Anybody think the 200m record could be broken?

Truly i think Xavier Carter can break it, because his personal best at the 200m is 19.63. i think if we works extremly is could happen. What do u guys think?

yes if the right person shows up any record can be broken,,it might take time,,

yes because i have seen him in 200m running.he is ahard working man and he could do it defenety.
