Unfortunetly, raising one will result in the drop of the other and vise versa. Number one thing to do is to open up the exhaust system by installing a Hi-Flow catalytic converter and muffler, and larger diameter tubing. Add a hi-flow air filter and filter system. Change to a parasynthetic motor oil. Air-up your tires. Tune-up the engine.

first use "restore" additive, then slap in a k&n air filter, plug in a programmer... that takes care of power for about a grand. and for better mpgs get new ring gear and pinion sets for front and rear axles, should run you about 300 bucks per axle, if you can do the work yourself that is.

i own a shop,and you can do a good exhaust on it,,and do a good power chip,,for the computer,,and a good cold air intake ,,for it,,this will greatly improve it,and you can probably do all 3 of these for less than a grand,,that will help it a lot,,good luck hope this help,s.

it is illeagal in some states but only if you get cought. if you remove the cat converter altogether it will raise horsepower and torque and raise mpg
