you mean dark undereye circles? you must either have hereditary dark circles or they are from allergies. people always say to use a yellow concealer to counter the bluishness of the dark circles, but this just makes the undereye area look yellow and unnatural. the best concealer for this is mac studio concealer. it is thick and opaque enough that it will completely cover any darkness under your eyes. the best part is that it still looks natural after you've applied it. this is the best product i have found, and i have been looking for the perfect undereye concealer for a looong time. hope this helps!

Firstly see your doctor if it is something that has appeared.
You could be deficient in something.

As for makeup, Benefit do a GREAT concealer called BOI-ING. Its basically an industrial strength concealer and it works wonders.
If the lines under your eyes have a bluish tone, try a concealer with yellow undertones. Will help to neutralise the blue.

Try using a white eye pencil/ a green coverstick. Apply little by little until you feel happy with the coverage. Maybe even try using Neutrogena "Radiance Boost Eye cream" It's suppose to reduce the appearance of dark circles. There are many products out there to reduce darkness under your eyes, even if it's just lines. Try some out, it's not going to hurt anything.

It depends on the hue of your dark circles. If they are brownish try a cream concealer, if they are violet or pinkish try a green concealer. On the contrary if they are on the greenish side try pink.

try using a light powdery concealer, like bare minerals "well rested" topped with something shimmery like bare minerals
"clear radiance" it really works, the shimmer catches the light
and reflects and looks nice and light and hides dark circles,
lack of sleep and dark lines
