I mean she started to take the pills like a week before her priod. I am jsut freaking out ya know. She says she has been on them before and that they will regulate her to like the end of the month. Cause I guess she has been off snice before she met me. So I am jsut kinda freaking.

She needs to consult her doctor, bc I'm on the pill, and you almost always start your new active pills the Sunday after your period, even if you still have it. It regulates your cycle. SHE NEEDS TO READ THE DIRECTIONS!! And if she doesn't, then you better. Good luck.

Spotting can be normal due to the level of hormone being distributed by the pill. The cramping NO! She needs to return to the doctor and if nescessary have a referal to a Gynocologist to check her out. The pill she has been precribed may not be suitable to her.

All sorts of nasty things can happen, like blood clots etc that may result in a stroke or heart failure, so don't treat this lightly. The other factor that should be considered is does she
A) have a urinary Infection
b) Infected Ovary or ovarian cyst
c) Appendicitis

Whatever get back to the doctor and get an examination
Ohh and stop sex until you are sure it's all OK.

yea and no, a cramp is the bodys way or releasing the tissue inside her. if she just started give it a month or so before you start to change to many things, it could be a first time fluke. also use a heating pad this will help the cramps reduce and the clots easier to pass, also she could just be a heavy cramper, in that case get her some tylonel or advil to ease the pain. good luck OHHH if doesnt get better go back to the Dr. you may need to change doseage of her pills.
