You can tray press F8 at start and chose last known good. If that does not work, then tray safe mode and system restore from here. If this also not work, then you need reinstall windows. Boot your computer from CD and chose repair windows, then you could not lose any of your files.

The computer is looking for a DLL that it can't find. If you delete a program without uninstalling it this will hapen. Some times these things don't get deleted even with uninstall. The only way to completlet get rid of it is to reinstall Windows. You can reinstall windows over itself and keep all your data (OR SO I AM TOLD). If you do this you will loose personal "settings." Programs and Data should be OK. Don't trust me though. I am just a high level user who reads a lot of computer mags. Ask someone who knows for sure. Thanks

You can download the file online to repair this.Search on yahoo or google and you can find it.I did the same thing and had to get another computer online to download it because I didnt have a windows disk.
