No, honey you aren't doing the right thing. I'm so sorry that you're in such pain, you are so young.
You need to talk to an adult that listens to you. Please talk to your mom or dad. If you feel like you can't talk to them, then how about a school counselor?
People die from anerexia and belimia. What does your parents say? Do they notice? Honey, please talk to them and let them help you.

Hey, sweetie. No, you aren't doing the right thing. There are so many places you can go for help. Please talk to your parents, or have them take you to your doctor. I know there's a lot of stuff online right now saying that it's an ok way to control your weight, but that advice is from a lot of people who are really unhealthy.

If it doesn't work to talk to your parents, go to your school and ask them to help you find some help for the problem. Tell them straight forwardly what the problem is, and how you need them to help you. (Finding a Dr., ect)

I know sometimes us grownups don't realize how much you've thought a problem through already, and noone means to make you feel like you're faking it. Let them know what you've figured out so far, and where you're stuck.

You can be skinny and healthy. You're on the right track to start asking for help. God bless you, hon.

You need to look at what anorexia and bulemia for what they are--frames of mind that give you a bad body image. You need to eat as you feel hungry, exercise, and think about what this is doing to your body--you will not menstrate, sweetheart. Your body will not develop and grow. You should talk to a counselor to get the stuff "behind the scenes" figured out.

are you kidding, your killing your self. the only way to stop this is to get help, you will have to go to counceling. this is a physological disorder and if you are asking these kinds of questions you know what your doing is wrong, but you have t figure out why you started and get help. thats if you really wanna help yourself and be a mommy one day and have a good job and get married, otherwise your killing your self slowly and there is no gaurentee you'll graduate highschool. get with it & good luck
