I want a new look for my 13 birthday, but don't want to dye or cut my hair, or anything crazy like going goth. I don't know what to do.
Any ideas? Please be serious.

I have middle of the back lenghth light brown hair that is very wavy, hazel eyes, light skin, a round face, five feet even, about 94 pounds. Can't think of anything else.

Well since your still very young, you could focus on what really matters. Whats inside. Work on the condition of your heart, and that can be a huge makeover. Change the negative parts about your attitude and work on forgiveness. The way you wear your expression can determine the way people perceive you as well. And mostly believe in yourself, you can achieve your dreams!
