A calendar call or a docket call is a list of all of the cases that are scheduled to be heard by the court on a specific date and time. Most courts have 8-10 court rooms hearing cases on a given date. You need to go to the courthouse and ask the people at the information desk which courtroom your case is assigned to and then go there and wait for the clerk to call your case. If they don't have anyone at an information desk the list of cases will be posted on the wall with room assignments for each set of cases.

The "docket call" is a court term for the second court appearance in which you are required to appear as opposed to the first where your attorney can represent you. The purpose is for the attorney to tell the judge his plans for your case and enter a plea. If the attorney has not been able to speak to the D.A. regarding your case he can ask for another docket call.

Everybody feels a calling of some sort to follow a 2,000 year old religion. When you make a decision it is simply called being rational or using your common sense. A lot of atheists will talk of their "decision" to become (or embrace) atheism. This is because atheism is rooted in the known and the factual while religions are based upon the unknown and the abstract. The calling that so many people describe is simply the alluring tug of the unknown pulling them in.

Many of us find our respective Pagan religion through a direct experience with our gods. Many of us also describe the experience as "coming home". Because that is what it feels like - like finding a place you've always known and feel completely comfortable and like you can be yourself. When I found Wicca, I knew it was the right religion for me because it was as if someone had gotten inside my brain, written down everything I had always believed, and then called it Wicca. I was also called by my gods because they came to me instead of the other way around.
