I know of no separate map which shows this. There are a number of books on the subject quoted at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Industrial_Revolution
and I would suggest you look out one or more of those and see if they contain maps - I'm sure they will.

To assist further, however, I can tell you that the areas affected most - in England, ignoring Scotland - were the north-east, around the towns of Newcastle, Sunderland and Middlesbrough, the north-west - Manchester, Liverpool and many towns in Lancashire, in the wool towns of West Yorkshire - Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield etc., South Yorkshire - Doncaster, Sheffield, The Pottery Towns - around Stoke on Trent, and the West Midlands - around Birmingham and Wolverhampton. There were also smaller areas like Coalbrookdale and near Matlock in Derbyshire which reverted to a more peaceful existence.
