Theft or lost is not covered under anybodys warranty claims......Although if you want 2 be slick u can go back to a retail store and purchase the exact same one and then switch items and stuff it with junk...(rocks in the box) this is what it is called by employees when said item is stolen and replaced...they will exchange it for another if you ***** enough and complain within hours of purchasing it!!

yes if you have a warranty but you got to make sure that in your warranty it says that cause most of the time it only replace it if it brakes ask the people who make it

No way, you can only claim insurance from your house or car insurance which is never worth it because your yearly premiums will go up!!!!
