modeling isnt a major if your referring to college.....

Infact u dont need any education to be a model lol thats why its not known as a major

i think you should focus on your studies for now...as you get older you will realize that beauty doesnt last forever and these model type careers arent something you can make money from all your life.

You cannot major in modeling because there simply isn't a degree offered anywhere for modeling. It's not exactly rocket science.

But if you're looking for something in the Fashion Industry, you might want to look up some Fashion college or trade schools online and see what degrees or programs they offer.

Honey, models don't typically have a very long career life. Eight years is average, so I've read in my research. Also, most models have side jobs in order to cover the bills. Unless you make it big in modeling (and, hate to be harsh, but few people make it big), you'll need a supplemental source of income. Go to college and major in something that you really enjoy or are interested in. Sure, continue to pursue modeling, but have a backup plan, also.

I don't think modeling is even a major but I could be wrong. Most people get their modeling jobs by making a portfolio of themselves and going to casting calls. Don't settle for just modeling....you are young and still have time to explore you career options.

You don't need a major for modeling. There are schools for modeling though but generally you don't need any formal education for modeling. If you're interested in modeling school some good ones are; Lisa Maile in florida, John Robert Powers and Barbizon modeling school.

No actual variety company will EVER ask for funds prematurely. It feels like a con company. attempt and rfile it or something, because of the fact it rather is positively a pretend internet site, it will take your funds and you will no longer get any contract.
