I'm assuming you mean specifically.
Especially is if you have a list of things that you are talking about. I.e. you like fruits: apples, oranges, and especially bananas (you like bananas more than the others).
Specifically means that there are only specific ones you like. I.e. you like fruit; specifically apples, oranges, and bananas (you like these fruits, but maybe not the others).
Definitions I found (Google)
specifically: in distinction from others
especially: to a distinctly greater extent
edit: I actually was able to find specially in the webster dictionary (www.m-w.com) and it has the same definiton as especially. The first definition for especially is specially, so they are interchangable.

As far as I know and I could be wrong, Specially isn't a word. It could be used like till which has the same meaning as until and Specially could mean the same as Especially without the E. As for how they differ from Specific. Especially means that something applys most effectivly to a certain thing like Milk tastes esecially good with cookies. Speficific is the act of refering to a situation or item in a situation. So you might say I need help with my web site, speficly HTML codeing.

Try this, "Specific" denotes 'one' thing, or subject. "Specially" serves to highlight the fact that something has been done, or produced for a single reason, and "Especially" (not normally used by Americans, only English speakers) draws Your attention to the significance of something,or someone.
Eg., This specially created bouquet of a specific variety of flowers was made especially for You.
Hope that helps You, cheers.

However, especially is used when "preeminence is implied" (I cheated and consulted my friend Webster -- aka the dictionary). Thus, specially means for a particular reason. Especially tends to mean above all.
Possibly the best way to describe the difference is to use examples.
My shampoo was made specially for oily hair. (The reason for the formulation is for oily hair)
I baked a pie especially for you. (You are the only reason I baked the pie; normally I would not have baked one)
My friend is so tall that he shops at a store that sells clothes made specially for tall people.
One could almost substitute the words "for the purpose" in place of specially:
I'm looking for a laundry detergent made specially for cold water washing.
