I was dating this woman who'd broken up with her man, who asked a friend of mine if she knew me and what I was like. She told him that if I was after his lady I was "probably going to get her" and I "work very fast." The dude stalked me for weeks and jumped on me at Happy Hour!! Why would my so-called friend tell a rejected man such things?

There is the chance you might be taking things out of context. It sounds to me more like he is telling the guy to butt out because he doesn't have a shot at the girl against you.

Oh sweetie-Have you ever heard of keep your friends close...but your enemies closer? I think from an outsider looking in that this is what you have going on!! I definitely would cut that relationship/friendship off for good!!!! there is no excuse to do something so awful like that to one of your friends-and apology or not -that was uncalled for. Believe me honey KARMA is really ugly when it swings back around-and it will! Good luck and choose your friends more carefully! Take care.

well, I guess because they are both full of s*hit.

If you are not physically capable of getting even the old-fashioned way (I.E., kicking the piss out of the guy that "jumped you") get one of the revenge books. Lots of stuff in them you can use to make your so-called "friends" lives miserable.

They're all over the net. The books I mean.

You are hanging with very unreliable and dubious people. Pick some better friends. Sounds like they like trouble.

Because she is manipulative and was trying to create jealousy in her ex-boyfriend. So she got him all worked up and you beaten up while she sat back and laughed. The girl is trouble, and you are a fool if you're still with her.

because she wasn't your friend and in fact had a little thing for you. she was angry that you hooked up wit some other girl instead of her and got some revenge
