It just seems most of the primetime shows involve solving crimes in which someone has been murdered. Is just seems to be depressing that seeing someone get hacked up is entertainment. I find it odd that voilence on television is seen as OK but nudity, a perfectly natural state, is not.

The truth is they don't like sex or violence.

Men like action shows.

Women like romance shows.

If you combine the two then you get a bigger audience.

If you want more sex watch cable.

If you want less violence watch family channels.

As for nudity, it is getting better but the problem is puritanical beliefs still run this country. Until that changes , get cable.
